  1. Acceptance of the terms of use


Users must read these Terms and Conditions of Use. The use of website by the users implies the knowledge and full acceptance of the legal warnings specified below.


The use of certain services offered to the users may be subject to their own particular conditions that, depending on the case, substitute, complete or modify these terms and conditions. Therefore, prior to using these services, the user must also carefully read and accept the corresponding particular conditions that are applicable.


  1. Registration for courses


In accordance with the EU and Spanish regulations on ICT services, the online purchase of the courses offered through this website will produce all the legal effects of a valid contract, when consent and other necessary requirements are fulfilled.


The conditions set forth herein will constitute a valid contract for the provision of training services between the user and DJASOME. Before proceeding to pay for the selected course(s), the user must accept these conditions. In case of non-acceptance, the user will not be able to register for the courses.


The user explicitly acknowledges that the completion of the registration process and the payment of the price indicated for the selected course(s) necessarily implies that he/she consented to conclude a legal contract with DJASOME.


The user must contact DJASOME at info@djaa.com in the event of technical error process or provision of erroneous information during the registration process.


a.     Prior contractual information


The user explicitly acknowledges prior to placing the order that has read the following information.


These conditions will be admissible as documentary evidence in the event of a dispute between the user and DJASOME and are available free of charge on this Website through the following link: https://djaa.com/terms-conditions/


Access to the registration process is completely free, without any additional associated cost other than those related to the purchases of the selected course(s).


The description, contents, prerequisites, credential and objectives for each course are indicated on the Website. Please send an email to info@djaa.com for any questions related to the courses.


The contract between the user and DJASOME is considered to be concluded in the moment the user completes the registration process for the selected course(s), by pressing the “CONFIRM” button.


The acceptance of the purchase order will be confirmed at the end of the registration process. In addition, an email will be sent to the user with the details of the placed order. Please contact us at info@djaa.com if you didn’t receive the email confirming your registration for the selected course(s) within the following 24 hours.


The language of the registration process and the contract between the user and DJASOME will be English.


The registration process for the courses consists of the following phases:


·      In https://djaa.com the user can select the courses he/she wishes to take and proceed to purchase them by selecting the “REGISTER” button. It is important that the User review the course descriptions, as well as conditions and final price.


·      If the user no longer wishes to acquire all or any of selected course(s), he/she can leave the registration process at any time by pressing the “CANCEL” button.


·      If the user wish to complete the registration for the selected course(s), he/she must expressly accept these conditions and the Privacy Policy by checking respective opt-in box.[RM1] 


·      The User must enter the requested payment details and the payment process will be carried out through an external platform.


·      The User can confirm the purchase of the selected course(s) by pressing the “CONFIRM” button.


·      Once the registration process is completed, a summary screen of the purchase will be displayed. In addition, the user will receive an automatic email confirming that the purchase has been processed successfully. If you did not receive this email, please check your “spam” box, and if it is not found in that folder, please let us know using this serviced email address: info@djaa.com


b.     Prices


The price of the courses offered by DJASOME through this website is clearly indicated in the descriptive sheet of each course. The final price is inclusive of taxes and discounts that are applicable.


DJASOME have a Fair Pricing Policy to make the training more affordable for students from countries with lower-cost economies. Price reductions are not added automatically to the final price of the selected course(s) during the online registration process. Users wish to apply for country price reduction must contact us through the contact form https://djaa.com/contact-us/ or the serviced email address info@djaa.com


The booking will only be effective when we receive confirmation of payment from the payment platform. If the transaction is for any reason denied, the purchase will be suspended and the user will be informed if the transaction has not been finalized. 



c.     Right of  Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy


As we always deliver the most current and relevant content, please note that the classes listed, contents, and schedule, are subject to change. Substitutions will be accepted at any time.


According to the EU and Spanish laws, the users have a period of 14 days from the day of the booking to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason.


The exercise of the right of withdrawal must be notified by email (info@djaa.com) and all payments will be reimbursed, provided that we receive the decision to withdraw prior to the beginning of the course(s). If the user exercises the right of withdrawal after the commencement of the courses, we will reimburse only a proportionate amount of the total price of the selected course(s).


Even after the expiration of the withdrawal period, the users can still decide to cancel the attendance to the courses. Cancellations must be notified before the beginning of the selected course(s) by email (info@djaa.com), and refunds will be provided according to the following:



    1. More than 10 days prior = 80% of course fee


    1. 5 to 10 days prior = 50% of course fee


    1. Less than 5 days = no refund provided



The David J Anderson School of Management reserves the right to postpone or cancel this event if there are insufficient registrations or if presenters are unable to attend due to illness. If necessary, you will be notified no later than 7 days prior to the event and all registration payments will be refunded promptly. If circumstances require, presenters may be substituted for alternately qualified presenters with equivalent experience.


Please be advised that events can be subject to changes in date and/or venue due to acts out of our control such as bad weather, civil unrest, etc. It is recommended that you purchase changeable and refundable tickets. The David J Anderson School of Management will not be responsible for incurred costs if we need to make changes due to circumstances beyond our control.

Contents, texts, photographs, designs, logos, images, sounds, videos, animations, recordings, computer programs, source codes and, in general, any existing intellectual creation in the website is protected by intellectual property laws.
