Our training is certified by Kanban University, who’s credentials are recognized worldwide. The training listed below shows the related credentials we provide training for, from foundation to advanced.
Each training class targets a recognized Kanban Maturity Level, improving organizational maturity and business outcomes. These are shown on the right as an indicator of the level of training most suitable for the maturity of an organization as identified using the Kanban Maturity Model.
Our certified training has been developed by David J Anderson who is the source of this knowledge. Who better to be trained by than the pioneer of the Kanban Method and Kanban Maturity Model. Below is a short explanation of the training and the credentials that go with our training.
FOUNDATION
INDIVIDUAL KANBAN PRACTITIONER, ‘IKP’
This 3 half-day course teaches you how to become a ¨service of one¨ working remotely with greater autonomy, spending less time on video calls. TEAM KANBAN PRACTITIONER, ‘TKP’
Getting work organized; Improving visibility, communication, and collaboration. As a TKP you would have learned the core concepts of the Kanban Method and how to be effective within a Kanban team. Contact for more information.

For “Team Engagement”
KANBAN SYSTEM DESIGN, ‘KSD’
This training class is the foundation training for the KMP credential and is is ideal for managers, developers, and anyone wanting to learn the fundamentals of the Kanban Method. The class includes the use of a Kanban simulation as well as exercises to design an actual Kanban system. With the KDI or KSI training, earn the KMP credential. KANBAN MATURITY LEVEL 2
For “Smooth Flow”
KANBAN DESIGN & INNOVATION, ‘KDI’
This training extends the skills of those who’ve already taken the Kanban System Design class and want to obtain the Kanban Management Professional (KMP) credential. Together with the KSD it provides extensive coverage of current Kanban management techniques with a focus on upstream Kanban. More Info and dates

For “Maximize Value: Delivery the right thing, at the right time”
KANBAN SYSTEMS IMPROVEMENT, ‘KSI’
Foundational understanding to be able to resort to first principles to evolve solutions. Focuses more on downstream management.

Based on the book “Fit-for-Purpose’ by David J Anderson this training course is for executives and decision-makers who set strategy and choose the portfolio of products and services offered.
Certifying as a CXP with Kanban University (Customer Experience Professional) you will know how to use the Fit-for-Purpose Framework to drive strategic marketing, segmenting a market by customer purpose. How to drive evolutionary improvement in products and services by aligning metrics to criteria customers use to select products and services and decide whether or not they are happy with them.
