If you live in a country where our pricing doesn’t make sense, then we have created a reduced pricing policy to make it more affordable, bringing our pricing inline with the cost of living.  Please check the list of countries to find the appropriate level of reduction of our training price, for your country.  If you want to apply the reduction, please get in contact as this is not added automatically.

Our payment gateway provider is Stripe and sometimes payments can be declined if the payment details are not correct. e.g the name and address do not match those with the card provider. In this case please check that you are entering the correct details, or use a different card.  This is a safety feature of Stripe to prevent fraudulent transactions. If this, however, is a genuine transaction we will help resolve this with Stripe.

Payment alternatives. We also provide the option of payment via bank transfer if online payment through our website is problematic.

We have created a blended learning experience for our training meaning that you are not just doing via a zoom chat. We have tailored a training experience based on the class materials for you to maximize your learning.

With our training, you learn via a mixed format of self-based learning, live training sessions, pre-recorded on-demand videos, and engaging with your peers in group sessions. Depending on the course you may be asked to provide course work or take a short test.

You can change your course at any time, please contact us to provide you details.

Our training is predominantly in English but can provide it in other languages upon request if there is a sufficient number of people to run the class. This would require delivering the training with a co-trainer who can also translate.

Training classes with more than 5 persons can be tailored to meet your specific language requirements. Please get in contact to discuss.

The Kanban University credential or certificate of class completion will be issued directly by the Kanban University using the email you provided. If you have not received this after 2 weeks of class completion then please contact us.

Extra Info:

If you miss more than one hour of training you could forfeit the class certificate. Something that would be explained at the beginning of the training.

If you do not engage with or participate in the online class activities you would also forfeit the related class certificate.

No, there is no need to do an exam.

In the future, we may need to add an exam for our online courses to ensure the quality of learning.

The training classes listed publicly on our website will be online at least until 2021.

Our online training is the best solution we can provide until COVID-19 is sufficiently under control and is our preferred method for the foreseeable future, for publicly listed classes.

Our private training can be delivered online & offline depending on the requirements. These do not require the same level of travel for those taking the training and are therefore safer to carry out. Please contact for more info.

The Kanban Coaching Professional credential from the Kanban University can be earned once you have taken the training classes that relate to the KMP credential and the KCP credential

For the KMP credential, you need to have taken the Kanban System Design and Kanban Management Professional training. Or taken Kanban System Design with our new upstream training class ‘Kanban for Design and Innovation’ or ‘Kanban Systems Improvement.’ The KMP is an internationally recognized credential in the Kanban Method awarded by Kanban University.

Once you have the KMP credential you need to then complete the Kanban Maturity Model and Kanban Coaching Practices training. On completion of these, you will then be sent your KCP credential directly from Kanban University.

Depending on the training you will be asked to familiarise yourself with the relevant training by reading the related books.

We include pre-recorded videos for most of our training and it is a prerequisite that you have watched these before the live training as you will be required to participate in group sessions using the knowledge from the video training.

In some classes, you are also required to have read case studies and materials provided to you before the live training sessions. These materials are all made available to registered students from our learning platform https://learning.djaa.com.
