Overview

The Kanban Management Professional (KMP) Total Immersion Training is a unique, hands-on learning experience that combines the complete curriculum of Kanban System Design (KSD) and Kanban Systems Improvement (KSI) into a single, intensive five-day program.

Unlike traditional training courses that rely heavily on presentations and slides, this course takes place entirely within the Kanban+ platform. Participants learn by doing by working directly with real Kanban systems, analyzing workflows, creating practice boards, running simulations, and applying concepts in a live environment.

Over five consecutive days of live online instruction (Monday through Friday, 5 hours per day), participants will develop a deep understanding of The Kanban Method, service delivery systems, flow management, evolutionary change, and organizational improvement. By interacting directly with Kanban systems throughout the week, learners gain practical experience that can be applied immediately in their organizations.
