The training is now more hands-on throughout. You’ll spend a significant portion of the time inside Kanban+ FlowBoards, building workflows, tracking work, and exploring how changes affect flow as you go. Concepts are introduced and then used immediately, so you can see how they behave in practice.

This course focuses on managing and improving the flow of customer-valued work. You’ll work with flow metrics, identify constraints, and develop approaches to improve delivery in a real working environment.

Delivery Manager (2 half-days & valued at 1.200 euros)

This course builds on Flow Manager and looks at end-to-end service delivery. You’ll explore how to make and manage commitments, design systems, and evolve workflows using Kanban practices and STATIK.

Kanban Management Professional (5 days and valued at 2.400 euros)

This five-day Total Immersion training combines Kanban System Design and Kanban Systems Improvement into a single immersive experience delivered entirely within Kanban+. Participants learn by working directly in real Kanban systems, designing and improving workflows, and applying Kanban practices through hands-on use of the platform.
