The Enterprise Transformation Coach (ETC) is an internationally recognized, advanced-level credential for professionals leading strategic, enterprise-level change initiatives. It reflects a deep understanding of evolutionary change, Kanban Method practices, and the Kanban Maturity Model, and it equips credential holders to lead large-scale, resilient transformations.

By earning the ETC credential, professionals demonstrate:

• Mastery of Kanban University's change leadership tools and models

• Strategic agility in navigating complex organizational systems

• Skill in applying the STATIK method, KMM appraisal tools, and advanced coaching practices

About the Exam

To receive the ETC credential, candidates must:

• Achieve a passing score of 75% or higher on the Enterprise Transformation Coach exam

• Pay a one-time credential activation fee of $500 USD
  (PPP-adjusted pricing available for select regions)

The exam assesses the candidate’s ability to apply the concepts taught in the course to real-world scenarios, including organizational assessments, roadmap planning, and leadership of evolutionary change.
