Description
This course bundle includes Kanban for Design and Innovation co-trained by David Anderson and Anna Radzikowska and Kanban System Design trained by Anna Radzikowska. Both
With KSD, participants will learn how to design a Kanban system and initiate change with Kanban. They will learn the basic concepts of flow, pull, and collaborative improvement. With the KDI course, students will learn how to design and implement an upstream Kanban system and how to organize options. After the completion of both courses, students will receive their Kanban Management Professional credential.
Prerequisites
Attendees are expected to have read the Kanban book by David J Anderson or Kanban from the Inside by Mike Burrows. Prior attendance at a Team Kanban Practitioner 1-day course is optional.
Credential
Kanban University® Credential
Participants receive a KU Certified Kanban Training Certificate of Completion of attendance.
Kanban University KMP Credential, Kanban Management Professional
Participants of both KSD and KDI courses will receive the Kanban University “Kanban Management Professional” credential.
Taking the KSD and KMP 2 course can also earn you the same credential. It depends on if you want to focus on upstream Kanban by taking the KDI course or downstream with the KMP 2 course.
