Learn more about our courses and what you can achieve by earning the Kanban Management Professional credential from the Kanban University with the David J Anderson School of Management.
The Kanban Management Professional (KMP) is a foundation-level credential that allows you to demonstrate a complete understanding of Kanban systems and the process of beginning a Kanban initiative as well as a broad knowledge of how to improve a system in the upstream (discovery) or downstream (delivery).
Participants can now receive their KMP credential by completing one of two paths.
- The Kanban for Design and Innovation (KDI) course focuses on upstream, discovery Kanban and how to order, manage and discard options.
- The Kanban Systems Improvement (previously KMPII) course focuses on downstream, delivery Kanban system improvements.
Our open enrollment courses allow students who wish to focus on the upstream a new way to earn their KMP credential with the introduction of the KDI course. Join us for the course or one of our course bundles to complete the KMP requirements with a focus on the upstream!
