Teodora Bozheva

Teodora Bozheva is a founder and CEO of Berriprocess Agility since 2011. She is an Accredited Kanban Trainer and Consultant. She has more than 15 years of experience in guiding organizational change initiatives. Teodora delivers Kanban training to companies and professionals in Spain, Europe, the United States and South America, as well as coaching in project and service management with Kanban. Since 2017 she has been actively developing and using the Kanban Maturity Model (KMM) as a main approach to developing business agility. She works with companies in different domains (IT services, banking, industry, insurance, public health…) who seek higher resilience, trust and alignment through evolutionary change.
