Privacy is of great concern to David J Anderson and Associates (DJAA). We try to extend to our website visitors the same level of privacy that we demand from other websites.
We will not sell, trade, exchange or otherwise make available any personally identifiable information to any other company or organization not directly affiliated with DJAA.
DJAA uses software programs to analyze traffic to this website. These programs collect aggregate data, not personal information.
DJAA may offer visitors the ability to sign up for e-mail newsletters and announcements. We will never sell your e-mail address or share it with anyone else not directly affiliated with the DJAA.
Inquiry forms, such as information requests, or site registration, collect information that is securely stored and that will only be used to direct you to the resources you seek. This may include follow up by one of our associates to answer questions you may have.

Questions & Concerns
Substitutions are accepted at any time. Cancellations must be notified by email and refunds will be provided according to the following:
- More than 10 days prior = 80% of event fee
- 5 to 10 days prior = 50% of event fee
- Less than 5 days = no refund provided
David J Anderson and Associates (DJAA) reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event if there are insufficient registrations or if presenters are unable to attend due to illness or other extenuating circumstances. If necessary, you will be notified no later than 7 days prior to the event and all registration payments will be refunded promptly. If circumstances require, presenters may be substituted for alternative qualified presenters with equivalent experience.
Please be advised that events can be subject to changes in date and/or venue due to acts out of our control such as severe weather, civil unrest, etc. It is recommended that you purchase changeable and refundable tickets. DJAA will not be responsible for incurred costs in the event that we need to make changes due to circumstances beyond our control.
What is your return policy?
Neither paperbacks nor ebooks are returnable.
I lost the file I downloaded. Can I download it again?
Yes. Just email us with your order number and the email address used to place the order. We’ll give you a new link to download the files.
My download link expired; how can I download my ebook?
Email us with your order number (or the email address used to place the order), and we’ll reset your download link.
Do I get multiple ebook formats with my single purchase?
No, you get the download link for the specific ebook format that you purchased.
What devices can read an ebook?
For ePub, you can use iBooks on your iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch, and Aldiko or Cool Reader on your Android devices. (Note, however, that ePubs containing video are only supported in iBooks on iOS devices.) Mobi works on all Kindle models, and Kindle for Mac or PC. PDFs can be read on Adobe Acrobat or Preview, as well as Sony Reader and Nook devices.
How do I sideload an MOBI ebook onto my Kindle?
- Using a mini USB to USB cord, connect the Kindle to a computer.
- Using a file explorer program, open up the Kindle (will show as a temporary drive). Also open the folder on the computer with the MOBI ebook file.
- Drag the ebook file from the computer to the Kindle Books directory.
- Follow your computer's procedure for disconnecting peripheral devices. The book will now be available in the Kindle's "Books" tab.
How do I sideload an EPUB ebook onto my iPad?
- Email the ePub file to yourself.
- Open that email on your iPad.
- Open the ePub attachment in iBooks. (tap and hold the attachment)
- Select "open in iBooks"
