This LeanKanban University (LKU) Certified Advanced Practitioner Level Kanban Training course is a 2-day workshop for professionals engaged in an initiative currently using Kanban. It is for practitioners seeking to sustain evolutionary change and improved service delivery at enterprise scale.

This course is led by Kanban pioneer and LKU Accredited Kanban Trainer David J Anderson.

This workshop has a strong hands-on element, with exercises focused on building and refining advanced kanban systems.

Core concepts – both theoretical and practical – are explored through discussion and classroom teaching. These include:

  •     Design techniques for single and multiple kanban systems
  •     Understanding and managing work-in-progress (WIP) at scale
  •     Introducing risk management practices into kanban systems
  •     Implementing effective feedback loops

Prerequisites

Inexperienced students are strongly recommended to take the 2-day Foundation-level kanban training class before the Advanced Practitioner level class. The book “Kanban: Successful Evolutionary Change for your Technology Business” by David J Anderson, aka the “blue book”, is recommended reading.

5 to 10 days prior = 50% of course fee
Less than 5 days = no refund provided
