This week's roundup focuses mainly on Personal Kanban. There seems to be growing interest in this. I haven't tried it myself yet - at least not formally though I do use some of the techniques that others have been describing in terms of balancing the number and type of activities I work on. I've recently reduced the time I dedicate to blogging and my web site after two months of more intense effort. It's all about balancing a personal portfolio.

And if you want a laugh, this expose of Kanban versus Waterfall and how Kanban is clearly winning will make you smile. Truth is stranger than fiction! Truly!

In today's roundup, I'm covering some more general Lean stuff that is flying under the more specific flag of Kanban. It's amazing how people want to be associated with success.
First off, who is this making Kanban t-shirts all of a sudden? Personally, I'll be waiting for my official Limited WIP Society shirt! Designing these is on my backlog, but I haven't pulled that job into my personal WIP limit yet ;-)
